Gus Vlamis

Gus has been training at East Coast Tae Kwon Do for over 25 years. He has won numerous local and national tournaments over the year and has competed in countless more. He is dedicated and passionate about his training and continues to train despite having had both of his hips replaced in 2007.

His wife and 3 of his children train at East Coast Tae Kwon Do and his 2 oldest children are Jr. Black Belts and his youngest daughter is a on her way to becoming a Jr. Black Belt as well. Sir Gus is also the owner and operator of Tomlinson’s Restaurant in Bridgeport, CT.
