Casey Mezerewski

Casey is one of Grand Master Mezerewski’s 2 sons and has been training at East Coast Tae Kwon Do since he was a child. He has dedicated himself to following in his father’s footsteps in tae kwon do. Sir Casey majored in Exercise Science at Sacred Heart University and hopes to use that knowledge to help in his training and teaching at East Coast Tae Kwon Do. Sir Casey is also a Westport Police Officer and is certified by the CT Police Officer Standards and Training Council as Police Combatives Instructor. Sir Casey has two small children at home and looks forward to the day when they begin their Tae Kwon Do training.
