East Coast Academy of Tae Kwon Do is sad to announce that Grand Master Chae Bok Rhee, Master Mezerewski’s instructor, passed away Friday Nov. 8th 2013. Grand Master Rhee was a wonderful man who I considered as a 2nd father to me. Obviously he had a profound impact on my life and I have become
